I reviewed content for YouTube's monetization department, applying content policies to moderation decisions, and served as SME for a team of 15 to 20 people. I also introduced process improvements that made operations more efficient.

2021 – 2023
Concentrix · Trust and Safety, YouTube Monetization
I started in corporate operations on the Trust and Safety team for YouTube monetization, reviewing content against policy. I became a subject matter expert for a team of 15 to 20 people, coaching them on productivity, quality and daily queries. Quarterly awards recognised my contribution to excellence.
2023 – 2025
Amazon · FTC
I worked across e-commerce and quick-commerce regulations in five markets, using SQL, Power BI and generative AI to speed up work and improve quality. I held 100% accuracy at 120–150% productivity against target, met SLA, served as SME for the PCBB product for Australia, and won the Ace of Spades Award in 2025.
